1. Our Commitment to You
We want every member to be completely happy with Ultimate eBook Library. If something isn’t working as expected, our first priority is always to fix it. We offer fast, responsive support and will do everything we can to resolve any issue before a refund becomes necessary.

2. General Refund Policy
Ultimate eBook Library is a digital product. Access to your library is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of this, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once library access has been provided. This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with UAE Consumer Protection laws applicable to digital products where access has been granted at the time of purchase.
3. When Refunds May Be Granted
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- ✓ You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment)
- ✓ You never received access and we were unable to resolve this within 7 business days
- ✓ A genuine technical fault on our end prevented you from using the service entirely
- ✓ You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
4. When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- ✕ You changed your mind after purchasing
- ✕ You purchased the wrong plan — contact us and we will help you upgrade
- ✕ You did not read the product description before purchasing
- ✕ A specific book you wanted is not in the library (use Request on Demand instead)
- ✕ Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- ✕ The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at support@ultimateebooklibrary.com with the following:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The date of purchase
- A clear description of the issue you experienced
- Screenshots of any error messages if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Upgrades
If you purchased Basic and wish to upgrade to Premium, contact us at support@ultimateebooklibrary.com — we will assist you with a fair upgrade arrangement and apply your original Basic payment toward the Premium price where possible.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are always willing to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks for purchases where access was successfully granted will be disputed and may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
