Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to Ultimate eBook Library (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service. These terms apply to all members regardless of plan purchased.
2. The Service
Ultimate eBook Library provides access to a private digital ebook library hosted on Google Drive. Members receive login credentials to a member dashboard where they can browse, search, and download ebooks in PDF and/or EPUB format. The library contains 5,000+ titles (Basic) or 10,000+ titles (Premium) across 50+ genres including Arabic and English language books.
3. One-Time Payment & Lifetime Access
Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the library for the plan purchased. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Service continues to operate. There are no recurring charges, renewals, or subscription fees. Your access is permanent following a single one-time payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new members at any time, but existing members’ access will never be revoked due to pricing changes.
4. Account Usage
Your account is for your personal, individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with any other person, sell or transfer your account to any third party, or allow others to use your account. Accounts found to be shared or misused will be suspended without refund. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Premium Request on Demand Feature
Premium members may submit up to 3 book requests per calendar month for titles not currently in the library. Requests reset on the 1st of each month. We will make reasonable efforts to source and add requested books within 3–7 business days. We cannot guarantee the availability of all requested titles. If a request cannot be fulfilled, it will not be counted against the member’s monthly allowance.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All ebooks are provided through licensed content suppliers with appropriate usage rights. All ebooks remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Members may download ebooks for personal reading only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any ebook from the library, or use library content for any commercial purpose.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: share or redistribute ebooks from the library; share account credentials with others; use automated tools to bulk-download content; attempt to bypass security measures; overload our infrastructure; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. If you experience a genuine technical issue we cannot resolve within 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Contact support@ultimateebooklibrary.com within 14 days of purchase. 9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We accept no liability for temporary downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. In the event of extended downtime, we will communicate with members via email.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email with reasonable advance notice. Changes to library content (adding or removing titles) are at our discretion and do not constitute a material change to the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, particularly the account sharing and prohibited use provisions. Terminations for violations will not be eligible for refunds.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ultimate eBook Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
